A neutral third party sits down with you and the lender to look for an outcome both sides can live with. The mediator does not decide the case. The courts say to apply as early as you can.

Free civil legal help across all five boroughs, including homeowner rights and foreclosure prevention. Intake specialists take calls in any language.
